The Wachusett Area Chamber of Commerce is pleased to present “Holden Days “, a town-wide celebration that is taking place Saturday, August 26  from 9:00am to 3:00pm. Now in its 38th year, this annual event promises great food, fun and entertainment for the entire family, as well as promotional opportunities for area businesses and organizations.

A sampling of this year’s activities includes: free Main Stage musical performances by renowned bands;  dance performances and demonstrations by local groups; an auto showcase; and bandstand performances with local musicians.

In addition, visitors can stroll through the Marketplace which promotes area businesses and non-profits; the Food Court; Art Lot; Craft Corner; sidewalk sales; the Kids’ Court, the Roaming Railroad, face-painting, games and more.

And visitors don’t have to worry about parking! Again this year, the WRTA is offering free roundtrip shuttle bus transportation from the parking lots of the Dawson Elementary School, 155 Salisbury Street, and Wachusett Regional High School, 1401 Main Street, in Holden to the center of town.  The buses will run from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm.
